SHUNGIKU (GARLAND CHRYSANTHEMUM) SEED PACKET Chrysanthemum coronarium minimum 50 seeds
Shungiku is commonly eaten as a vegetable in Asia: the edible leaves and stems are succulent with a slight celery taste. Also known as chopsuey greens, it’s good in soup, cooked lightly or raw in salads. Shungiku is an fast growing annual and prefers the cool seasons of spring and fall.
These are freshly packed for the 2012 season! For best results, sow these seeds before July 2013.
