nettles are pure nourishment
directions : for a super infusion, take 1 oz of dried nettles and pack into a quart sized mason jar (this is a full dose, but i also recommend starting with smaller amounts and working your way up with the same amount of water) ... pour freshly boiled water to the top of the jar . cover and steep overnight in the fridge or for 4 hours . strain and enjoy . great iced
about nettles : the leaves are said to be packed with vitamins, minerals, protein (10% protein alone, highest of any vegetable), chlorophyll, beta-carotene, vitamins A, C, D, B complex, K, several digestive enzymes, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, potassium and trace minerals . i call it the seaweed of the land ! great for soon to be mamas ! highly recommended for strengthening a weak body
