directions : prepare just like coffee (would use a coffee grinder for machines) or just like tea with a strainer . you can also mix a little bit of this blend with coffee too ! great with milk/cream/honey or soymilk/coconut milk/agave . a latte' creation of this blend makes one know heaven
ingredients :: roasted dandelion root, chicory root and vanilla bean (NO CAFFEINE) all the herbs were purchased certified organic . note : not recommended for those with a history of kidney stones, not for women who are nursing or pregnant
