Rosemary and Mint Face Mask with Maine Kelp
This is a wonderful face mask made with clay that helps pull out impurities from the skin and help control excess oil.
Kelp is high in vitamins, minerals especially iodine along with toning and soothing to the skin.
I ethically wild gather the Kelp from the Northern Maine waters.
Nutritional yeast is great for acne prone skin.
Rosemary promotes circulation bringing blood to the skin and Mint creates a refreshing and toning experience.
For oily skin I recommend mixing with cider vinegar, lemon juice or tomato juice. All of these liquids help remove excess oil and tone and tighten the pores.
For sensitive skin I suggest mixing with honey or yogurt, both of these create a wonderful nourishing mask that will feed your skin and leave your face feeling refreshed.
*note: the clay in the mask can sometimes leave the skin a bit red afterward, this is completely normal and will go away within a half hour...this information in noted on the label.*
