While I love arnica for aches and pains, I haven't had any success growing it in my garden. And because I believe the herbs we need grow where we live I created this aches and pains cream with Goldenrod and St. John's wort, both wild-harvested, both plentiful - especially Goldenrod - and both very effective pain relievers! St. John's wort is fairly well known for its pain relieving qualities, as well as its ability to ease bruising. Using Goldenrod for pain is relatively new to me but the more I use it the more it impresses me. This summer when I was rubbing Arncia oil on a painful knee my "little voice" said, "Use Goldenrod oil too." So I did and was impressed with the synergy of the two oils together. Again, since Arnica isn't local, I decided to add St. John's wort to create this cream and am quite pleased with it. The essential oils were chosen for their anti-inflammatory qualities to enhance the healing qualities of this cream. Comes in a 1 ounce glass jar.
Ingredients: Wild-harvested Goldenrod & St. John's Wort infused in extra virgin olive oil, castor oil, distilled water, beeswax, Vit. E, grapefruit seed extract, and rosemary, clary sage, copaiba blossom, vetiver, and plai essential oils.
