Echinacea::. not only is Echinacea of the most beautiful plants on this earth (purple coneflower who towers high above other herbs), but it is also one of the most well-known herbs in western herbalism for fighting infections, colds, and supporting the immune system.
Elderberry::. used by some to prevent the flu, or to help prevent further spread of the virus. Native Americans historically have used elderberry to treat fevers and joint pain and it is included in this tea as it complements the other herbs so well. Infuses the tea to give a beautiful deep reddish color and offers a mild, sweet flavor.
Astragulus Root::. potent and powerful, astragulus is well known and used in Chinese herbalism. Astragulus is included in this tea for its effective immune-stimulant properties and can help with chronic respiratory infections.

Orange peel::. packed with vitamin c, research suggests that the peel contains more of this essential vitamin then the actual fruit itself. Orange peel can help reduce ‘accumulation’ in the body including the lungs and digestive tract as well as acts as an anti-bacterial and anti-microbial agent. And it smells and tastes delicious!
TEA DRINKIN' TIPS
Steep for 15 minutes prior to drinking.
Drink 2-3 cups daily for 2 weeks then give your body a rest. Your body is wise, it knows what to do!

Ways to DRINK tea! (1-2 tsp per 8 oz water)
~ Mesh tea ball half full and place in 8oz-10oz hot of water.
~ Coffee press designated just for tea!
~ Boil hot water on stove and place loose herbs in pot. Strain herbs through a mesh strainer.
~ And of course, a tea pot.
