DESCRIPTION

Nettle Vinegar

Nettles are one of the most nourishing plants growing on land. These nettles are ethically wild crafted from a local Oregon forest and in an apple cider vinegar base. Great for salad dressings and in cooking!

Vinegar is a very exellent menstrum for extracting nutrients. Nettles contain a wide variety of nutrients, including the following: calcium, chromium, cobalt, iron, magnesium, manganese, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, protein, riboflavin, selenium, silicon, sodium (trace), thiamine, tin, zinc, and vitamins A and C. Nettles' nutritional properties support the immune system, the muscular-skeletal system, and the connective tissue, as well as stabilizing blood sugar.

Nettles are an important herb used in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Nettles also have antiallergic, astringent, diuretic, hemostatic, and galactogogue actions. It is also a wonderful tonic! Soaked in a raw apple cider vinegar, so it may contain traces of the 'mother' (kind of like a kombucha mother).

This is a 4 ounce size. 1 and 2 ounce sizes available.

Take a Tablespoon daily, make a vinaigrette, add to drinks, or put a dash in your meal.

You can make any kind of vinaigrette with the basic principle of 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. Use your imagination!
